Borosilicate mounted pendant giving ambient light.
This type of glass was originally made for vials in chemical laboratories in England. All shapes start as a cylinder and crafted with wood, leather and metal utensils by hand. The technique is very labor intensive and exclusive to the artists.
Shade is hand blown rippled glass and frosted glass inspired from the shapes in the Kew Botanical Gardens in London.
Color choices are (17/CL/SA) clear bottom and frosted glass top or (17/CL) clear.
Frosted sandblasted is done on the inside of the fixture, which is very time consuming resulting a higher quality finish.
